Erase your account (right to be forgotten)
Under PDPA you can request full erasure of personal data. BukuCloud honours this, with a small carve-out for legal-retention obligations.
01Request erasure
- 1Owner: open Settings → Data → Erase tenant.
- 2Confirm with your password and 2FA.
- 3We send a confirmation email with a 14-day cooling-off period.
- 4After 14 days, the tenant database is dropped. Attachments are purged from object storage.
02What we retain
Aggregate, non-identifying billing records — required by Malaysian tax law for 7 years.
Audit-log evidence of the erasure itself, so we can prove it happened to a regulator if asked.
Nothing else.
