Invite a teammate and assign a role
BukuCloud uses Spatie role-based permissions under the hood. Each role bundles the right capabilities so you do not have to wire individual permissions per user.
01Invite
- 1Settings → Team → Invite.
- 2Type the email and pick a role.
- 3They get a single-use link valid for 72 hours.
02Roles
Owner — full control, billing, can delete tenant.
Admin — all settings + user management. No billing or tenant deletion.
Accountant — read + post journals, all reports, no user management.
Bookkeeper — invoices, bills, customers, suppliers. No journals or reports.
Viewer — read-only.
03Add my accountant
Use Settings → Team → Invite firm. Their email gets a link they can accept from their Practice console.
