Export your tenant data (PDPA right of access)
Your Personal Data Protection Act 2010 right of access lets you download a full export at any time. Owner / Admin can run it.
01Run an export
- 1Open Settings → Data → Export.
- 2Pick which records: All, or limit by date / module.
- 3Click Generate. The export runs in the background.
- 4Owner gets an email when the ZIP is ready, with a signed download link valid for 7 days.
02What is in the ZIP
CSVs for every record type (customers, suppliers, invoices, bills, journals, contacts, items).
All attachments, organised by module and ID.
A README with a data dictionary and the schema version.
