Customer statements with aging buckets
Customer statements are the polite-but-firm tool for chasing payment. BukuCloud generates them on demand or on a schedule.
01Send one statement
- 1Open Customers → pick a customer.
- 2Click Statement.
- 3Pick the as-of date (defaults to today).
- 4Preview the PDF, then Email or Download.
02Schedule statements
Customers → Statements → Schedule lets you mail-merge statements to all customers with overdue balances every month-end.
You can exclude customers below a threshold (e.g. < RM 50 outstanding) or with no overdue items.
03Aging buckets
Statements show Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ buckets.
Buckets are computed from each invoice's due date — not the issue date.
