Invite teammates and assign a role
BukuCloud uses role-based access control so you can invite anyone safely without giving them more than they need.
01Invite a teammate
- 1Open Settings → Team → Invite.
- 2Type their email and pick a role.
- 3They get a single-use invite link valid for 72 hours.
- 4On accept, they set a password and 2FA (if you have enforced 2FA for the tenant).
02Roles at a glance
Owner — full control, billing access, can delete the tenant.
Admin — manage users, roles, settings; cannot delete the tenant or change billing.
Accountant — read + post journals, run all reports, no user management.
Bookkeeper — invoices, bills, customers, suppliers; no journals, no reports.
Viewer — read-only across the app, ideal for advisors who should not edit.
